How to navigate the categories

To browse the products, go to the home page. The home page lists the categories of the store. You can click on any category to see subcategories and specific products.

How to navigate subcategories

Each subcategory has products. You can click on a subcategory to see all its products.

How to browse products

Once you are in a subcategory, you can see a list of products. As you scroll down, more products may appear. Sometimes a treadmill has many products and to make the site load faster, we only display a few at a time. As you move down the aisle, we load more products to see them.

How to look for products

There is a search entry at the top of the site. In this search entry, you can enter the name of a product you want to find. Click the "Search" button to search for products in the store whose names contain the text you entered. If some products have the words you typed in their name, these products will be listed below. You can click on any of these products to see more information or you can click the "Add to Cart" button to add to your cart

How to add products to the cart

To add a product to the cart, click the "Add to Cart" button.

How to change the quantity of a product in the cart

Once a product is in your cart, you can click the "+" and "-" buttons to change the amount of that item in your cart.

How to remove a product from the cart

If you open the cart by clicking the "Cart" button at the top of the site, you can click the "Remove" button below any item you want to remove.


How to change the quantity of a product in the cart from the purchase completion page

On the "Complete Purchase" page, you can view the items in the cart and make last minute changes to the quantity of any item in the cart. Or you can remove an item.

How to choose the delivery method

We can deliver the products to you or you can pick up the products from the store, known as "click-away".

How to provide your contact information for click-through or delivery

When you shop click away, you must provide your name and contact details so that the store can recognize you when you arrive to pick up your purchase. When shipping your products, you need to enter your contact details and address so that the courier knows where to deliver your purchase.

How to choose a payment method

You can choose to pay upon purchase or pay by credit card in advance. Your purchase must be at least € 5.12 for a credit card purchase. If you pay upon receipt, make sure you have cash available to pay for your products when you pick up your products from the store. If you pay by card, you are ready to receive your products.

How to find your purchase order

Once you make a purchase, you will receive an email with your purchase order. This email will show how much of each product you have purchased, the taxes and the total purchase price. If you have selected the delivery option, your shipping address will also appear on the purchase order. The contact details for the location of the store that is responsible for executing your order also refer to the purchase order. If there are problems with the execution of your order, you can contact the location of the store.

What happens after the purchase

After you make your purchase, the store manager is responsible for fulfilling your order. It is possible that one or more products you have ordered are not available during the preparation of your order. This may be because other people may buy this product from the moment you add it to your cart and when the store manager starts packing your shipment for delivery. In this case, the store manager may choose to contact you or may review your order by removing items or replacing them with a similar product. The store manager is responsible for packaging, shipping and contacting you about your order. If you think there is a problem with your shipment, do not hesitate to contact us.
